What is Counselling?
Counselling is a confidential space to explore thoughts and feelings
without judgement.
It helps you understand patterns, cope better, and
create meaningful change
whether you’re in crisis or simply seeking support.
Therapy is your journey. You decide what to bring and what feels most important.
There is no referral needed. We will go at a pace that works for you.
